Natural Healthy Food

These recent years, as my age is increasing **like a sum of numbers** I tends to be more picky about the food... My very beginning step into a healthy-food is have breakfast made of oatmeal. The usual oatmeal I have is the one in red packaging. This brand has 2 variation in our Indonesian market, the red and blue one. The red one is the instant mode, which need only hot-just-boiled water and pour it to 2-3 spoonful oatmeal, while the blue color is the one that we must cook on the stove. Will share some of the oatmeal variation later.
The above oatmeal is with : - fresh musroom, bought at small supermarket not-so-near-not-so-far from my house - fried crushed garlic - egg - some salt
